Healing Off the Table

Somatic Coaching

Somatic (body-centered) coaching invites deeper awareness of how your body holds and responds to stress, tension, and emotional patterns. You’ll learn to recognize your nervous system’s responses and build resilience through grounding, breath, and movement practices that restore balance and clarity.

This work is ideal for those navigating change, emotional fatigue, postural challenges, or a history of trauma, offering a path to a more authentic, embodied life. Over time, clients report feeling more energy, calm, and alignment in their daily experiences.

Neurotraining and Brainspotting

Brainspotting therapy is a powerful, trauma-informed modality that uses eye position to help the brain and body process unresolved experiences. It’s especially effective for PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and lingering effects of injury or surgery. By addressing how the brain encodes pain and emotional triggers, clients experience deep healing and nervous system regulation.

A Trauma-Informed, Holistic Approach

All sessions are guided through a trauma-informed lens and grounded in Polyvagal Theory, which emphasizes the body’s natural ability to shift from survival responses into regulation and connection. When applied through somatic coaching, this framework offers a roadmap for lasting transformation—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

At Stillwater Healing Arts, I am committed to helping you feel more at home in your body. Whether you’re dealing with posture-related pain, recovering from a concussion or C-section, or managing stress-related symptoms like tight muscles, fatigue, or digestive discomfort, this work provides the tools to shift from coping to thriving.
