Healing On the Table
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch to support the brain, spinal cord, and craniosacral system. It can relieve conditions such as headaches, jaw pain, chronic neck and back pain, and symptoms from concussion or nervous system imbalance. This modality is particularly effective for stress, post-surgical recovery, and emotional integration.
Visceral Manipulation
This therapy supports physical pain relief, optimizes optimal organ function, restores nervous system regulation. By releasing restrictions around internal organs, visceral manipulation can ease digestive issues, bloating, upper GI discomfort, nausea, and referred back or neck pain. When organs are restricted, their movement patterns, and even emotional and neurological connections can be affected.
Myofascial Therapy
This approach targets the connective tissue (fascia) surrounding muscles, organs, bones, nerves, and blood vessels. By applying sustained pressure to an area, “sticky or thick” places begin to melt and the tension gives way to greater mobility, less pain, and more ease. Discomfort to injuries is reduced, posture becomes more aligned, and scar tissue becomes more supple. It’s especially helpful for chronic pain, limited mobility, tight shoulders, backaches, muscle stiffness, and areas affected by repetitive movement or emotional holding.
