Somatic Coaching
Somatic (body based) coaching can transform your relationship with stress and your nervous system’s responses, your life can be more balanced, peaceful and vibrant.
A deeper level of healing can be achieved when we tap into the innate wisdom of the body to cultivate body-mind integration. Our Energy levels are enhanced and our Spirit is open.
Somatic Coaching is more than just talking. It’s a supportive and interactive approach in which we can access your inner source of strength and bring about positive changes in your life. It’s about learning how the nervous system holds onto past experiences and discovering ways to release that hold. By bringing greater awareness to how stress shows up in the body, we can gently unwind the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
This work is ideal for those navigating life decisions, interpersonal relationships, emotional burnout, body changes that come with aging, illness, chronic medical conditions, or a history of trauma.
Grief and loss, and the fast pace of life can leave us unfocused and uncertain and filled with doubt, off our center and groundless. This process an offer a path back to a more authentic and embodied life.
Together, we achieve this by bringing a greater physical awareness and respect for the body. Over time, clients report feeling more energy, centered, and living life from a sense of alignment and propose.
Here’s how we work together to reconnect you to a sense of balance and calm:
Through each of these steps, the body becomes a source of wisdom rather than a source of pain. Somatic Coaching offers a path to healing your body and mind by reclaiming your calm, reconnecting with your strength, and moving forward with a renewed sense of inner harmony.
